14 CFR Part 61.56
A flight review consist of a minimum of 1 hour of flight training and 1 hour of ground training, the training must include;･･･ No person may act as pilot in command unless, since the beginning of the 24th calendar month ･･･
機長としての飛行は、最低でも24ヶ月以内にそれぞれ1時間のフライトとグランドトレーニングを受講する･･･内容は･･･
★ A review of the current general operating and flight rules of Part 91 of this chapter･･･
現行のフライトルール（Part 91) のトレーニングが含まれること･･･
★ A review of those manueuvers and procedures that, at the discretion of the person giving the review, are necessary for the pilot to demonstrate the safe exercise of the privilleges of the pilot certificate.
これらの飛行手順・安全飛行の適切な判断力・パイロット資格の特典などをデモンストレートする。

■ Recent Flight Experience: Pilopt in Command
14 CFR Part 61.57
No person may act as a pilot in command of an aircraft carrying passengers ･･･ Unless that person made at least three takeoffs and three landings within the preceding 90 days, ･･･
過去 90日以内に最低でも･･･ 3回の Take-Off/Landing がない場合には、機長としてパッセンジャーを乗せての飛行は出来ない･･･
